Please apply below to receive a Scholarship to be a patient of Dr. Michelle Wolford’s for 6 months. Scholarships are for those in financial hardship that are seeking natural medicine support.  We will take one child or adult every 6 months to work with Dr. Michelle Wolford.  Application deadlines are May 1st & Nov 1st.
